A person who loves to learn and experiment with new things is Dr Jessica Bretalon Mack. She is a chef, content creator, food blogger and most importantly a therapist. She has vast knowledge in many subjects. Recently, Jessica completed a culinary program through the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
Dr Jessica Mack has surely experienced obstacles and challenges in life, but she did not let them deter her from achieving her goals. Instead, she found a way to find purpose while serving others. Jessica was a licensed practising occupational therapist until chronic illnesses became debilitating and forced Jessica to retire from her profession. Jessica decided to channel her energy and creativity into a new area – recipe creation, food blogging, and food photography.
Jessica creates meatless dishes for both vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. In her opinion, preparing meatless food is both fun and easy. Even if you like “chomping down” on a steak every now and then, it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy delicious meatless meals like quinoa vegetarian chilli, spaghetti squash primavera, or chocolate chip banana nut muffins.
Jessica loves demonstrating her amazing cooking skills and sharing about her healthy lifestyle. She is media trained and is available for live cooking demonstrations and podcasts, radio shows, or television segments. Jessica made appearances on the Katie Couric Show, Dr Oz Show, and Sirius XMS’s The Doctors Show.
Jessica says, “I wish that I knew not to overthink the process and to start creating content. I would like to produce a cookbook, my own cooking show, and a line of cookware”. She suggests to keep on going without listening to any negativity in their surroundings. One will achieve success if they are consistent, dedicated towards their work life.
Not only is Jessica an excellent chef. she’s currently enrolled as a student in culinary school, but she also knows how to take stunning pictures of food. In addition to improving her culinary techniques, Jessica is learning to improve her food styling and food photography skills, as she is participating in food photography courses.
